Coffee With Keri Fall Bucket List (+ 10 Fall Book Recs)
This Sunday is the first day of fall (officially), and even though it’s still in the 80s here, I can definitely sense fall around the corner. The mornings are a brisk 60 degrees and my tan is slowly fading.
I’m your basic girl when it comes to fall. I love it. We had a wonderful summer and I’m sad to see it go, but making lists of all the fun things I hope to do this season excites me to see what’s around the corner.
My goal for this fall is to really embrace this season and stay flexible and open-minded. It is naturally a crazy busy time of year for our family, which is a stark contrast to the breezy days of summer. I love routine but hope to insert fun, play, traditions and experiences into our everyday lives. Here are a few things I’d love to do this fall.
Visit Terrain.
Bake a pie.
Spend a Sunday afternoon watching football and enjoying cozy food.
Make all the soups.
Have a baking day with Vienna (preferably something pumpkin).
Go for a nature walk with Vienna.
Give out candy - and dress up - for Halloween.
Host a movie night (bonus points if it’s outdoors).
Decorate our porch.
Continue reading the Harry Potter series.
Buy a matching mother/daughter fall outfit.
Read outside.
Visit an orchard and enjoy all the fun fall activities.
Have fun with fashion and maybe buy a new go-to fall outfit.
