Gift Ideas that Support Small Businesses
It’s that time of year again! We haven’t even celebrated Thanksgiving yet, but I’ve been in the Christmas spirit this week so #sorrynotsorry if this is too early.
This week has been pretty eventful. Our state announced increased COVID restrictions and we decorated for Christmas. Yes, in that order. Increased COVID restrictions required a bit of holiday spirit.
To continue the festive streak, today I’m sharing a gift guide with a twist. Last year I shared a Gift Guide and many of you let me know how much you liked it (thank you!) so this year I decided to do another one, except this time highlighting only small businesses because if there was any time to shop and support small businesses, now is the time!

FOR THE RECENT HOMEOWNER
I’m obsessed with my friend Leah’s Etsy shop. She recently came out with a holiday collection and it’s all SO cute. Cards, stickers, ornaments — you name it, it’s in her shop. I don’t know about you, but I love candles. I love lighting them at night and cozying up with a soft blanket and good book. Ugh, VIBES. My friend Cora started a cake & things business and her baked goods look and taste heavenly. Instead of grabbing a store bought cake the next time you want to treat yo’self, check out CocoSwtz if you’re in the Delaware area. (I mean, LOOK at that peanut butter and chocolate cake!)

I relate to this one a little more this year. I never thought I’d be the “dog mom” type girl, yet here we are. Pink Salt Creatives creates the cutest pet bandanas. Need I say more? Also, you should definitely follow their IG account. There are so many cute puppies!
FOR ANYONE WHO WORKS FROM HOME
I recently discovered Copper Penny Delaware through my friend Claudia and they have the cutest embroidered apparel! I stumbled upon the cutest Etsy shop/Instagram account recently and fell in love with all the custom apparel and decor they make.
