6 Recipes that I Want to Make this Christmas

Blogmas Day 11

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is that I have the excuse to bake. I definitely don’t bake a lot throughout the year, but during October - December, I fall in love with making delicious treats for family and friends.

This coming Monday, Mom and I are having our annual cookie baking day. While we are only focusing on a few of these delicious treats, you can bet that all of these are on my list of things to make this Christmas.

{ONE} Apple Pie Bites - I received this recipe in the mail from Magnolia Journal and these apple pie bites look both easy to make and extremely delicious.

{TWO} Peanut Butter Balls - I’ve made these peanut butter balls before and they were a hit! These are perfect for any Christmas party or get together, but warning: they’re a bit messy to make.

{THREE} Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies - I make these peanut butter blossom cookies every year for my cousin, and they’re one of my favorite cookies to make and give to friends and neighbors. I already purchased a big bag of Hershey kisses a few weeks ago so I could make sure they wouldn’t sell out!

{FOUR} Chocolate Chip Cookies - Fun fact: Luke is not a huge dessert person, but chocolate chip cookies are his favorite. These are a staple in our house throughout the year, but especially around Christmastime.

{FIVE} Pumpkin Pie - I’ve made pumpkin pie a few times and not going to lie, they turn out pretty good every time. I made this for Thanksgiving, and will most likely make it again for our family Christmas get together later this month.

{SIX} Eggnog Latte - I love a good homemade latte and this eggnog latte is delicious. I tried it earlier this year with leftover eggnog and really enjoyed it. It makes at least two servings, so it’s perfect for you and a friend.
