My Baby Registry Must-Haves
I know several people who are expecting right now, and it’s so exciting! Pregnancy and getting ready for your baby is such a fun and memorable time. I do not miss being pregnant, but I did love the experience and it was obviously so worth it to meet Vienna.
When I was expecting, I Google’d SO MANY baby registry list ideas because I had no idea what I needed, what I’d actually use, and didn’t want tons of clutter. It’s overwhelming and everyone has different opinions of what is "necessary.”
There are a lot of things that I registered for that I use on a daily basis, so really, I’m using everything I received (yay!). When people ask me for baby registry must-haves, these are the things I typically mention.
Burp cloths (a lot of them - more than you think you’ll need)
An easy and lightweight travel system (car seat and stroller) - this one is similar to the one I have
No-Wifi Video Monitor (no wi-fi is safer because #hackers)
Hatch sound machine (this one has a night light and Vienna loves the white noise at night)
Rolling carts from Michaels (you can never have too many, trust me. I use them for holding her books, diapers and extra outfits downstairs, etc.)
Diaper genie and refill bags (a friend let me have her’s and you can find them on Facebook marketplace, too)
Aquaphor (acts as diaper cream and works in so many different situations)
Postpartum Essentials Kit (I added this on a whim and it was one of the BEST gifts in those first weeks home)
Diapers in various sizes and lots of wipes!
A spacious diaper bag with lots of pockets (this is the one I have)
Hooded towels, baby shampoo, washcloths, etc.
You will need more things (obviously) but these are the things I am so thankful I registered for.
P.S. You can check out Vienna’s nursery reveal and more registry ideas here.
