4 Fun Halloween Couple's Costume Ideas

Halloween is right around the corner, and if you’re like me, it snuck up on you big time.

I wish I could tell you that I plan costumes months (or even weeks) in advance, but that just isn’t me. So if you can relate and you are scrambling to find some fun and (generally easy) couple’s costume ideas, here are four costumes Luke and I have done over the years.

{ONE} Disco

Granted, this wasn’t for Halloween, but a few years back, Luke and I were in a Christmas play and had to disco in front of hundreds of people. It was honestly so fun and those amazing white go-go boots I’m wearing? Actually SO comfortable.

{TWO} Where’s Waldo and Carmen Sandiego

A relatively inexpensive costume idea is to be Where’s Waldo? and Carmen Sandiego. I had the hat and most of the outfit already and it was a good excuse to purchase a great red trench coat (which I ended up wearing the rest of the season). You can also find Waldo’s accessories on Amazon.

{THREE} Starbucks Coffee and Barista

I honestly don’t think we’ll ever top this costume. I didn’t know Luke and his friend had stayed up all night the night before Halloween to make my “easy costume idea” vision come to life on a “grande” scale. But you don’t have to go big or go home. It does help if you know a Starbucks barista personally so the uniform is free. (Thanks, Zach!)

{FOUR} Fat Thor and President Loki

Here’s a hilarious costume idea if you’re very visibly pregnant! Being Fat Thor was a 34-weeks-pregnant lady’s dream, honestly (other than wearing a wig/beard all night). But you literally can’t go wrong with wearing sweatpants, a hoodie, and slippers as your costume.
