20 Self-Care Ideas for Valentine's Day

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I know this season of love can be a bit… frustrating. There’s a lot of hype around it and even all this week, social media has been alive with “tag your Valentine” posts and Valentine’s Day sales and promotions.

It’s a lot. And it’s okay to not be super psyched about it.

Personally, I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day. I love chocolate, flowers, and wearing red and pink. As a single gal, I used the day as an excuse to treat myself to coffee or a manicure or grab dinner with one of my brothers. Even once Luke and I started dating, I loved doing something just for me on Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be just for the lovers out there. It is a day that can be celebrated no matter who you are.
